These Are 16 Locations That Serve Pfizer Vaccinations In Jakarta

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta has received the Pfizer brand of COVID-19 vaccine from the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes). The DKI Provincial Government has determined 16 health care facilities that provide Pfizer vaccines.

In North Jakarta, the Pfizer vaccine is available at the Kelapa Gading District Health Center, RSIA Family, and Tugu Koja Hospital. In West Jakarta, it is available at RSPI Puri Indah. In Central Jakarta, it is available at the Johar Baru District Health Center.

Meanwhile, in South Jakarta, they are in Prikasih Hospital, Lebak Bulus Village Health Center, Cilandak District Health Center, Jati Padang Hospital, Pancoran Village Health Center, UPK Ministry of Health Rasuna Said, and BPSDM Ministry of Health Hang Jebat.

Then, in East Jakarta, they were at the Pulogadung District Health Center, Duren Sawit Hospital, Tk Hospital. IV Kesdam Cijantung, and Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital. Vaccination registration in these 16 locations can be registered through the JAKI application.

Head of the DKI Health Office, Widyastuti, said that the Pfizer vaccine was allocated for the general public aged 12 years and over who had never received the first and second doses of vaccination.

"This target also includes pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, who have immunocompromised conditions such as autoimmune, severe comorbidities, chronic diseases, and other immunological disorders", said Widyastuti in a statement, Tuesday, August 24.

Then, the Pfizer vaccine is only given to residents with a DKI Jakarta ID card or domiciled in Jakarta. The domicile is included through an official letter issued at least by the local neighborhood unit and the letter is archived by the health facility.

Currently, Indonesia has received around 1.56 million doses of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine. The Pfizer vaccine, which was imported in the first phase, was carried out through bilateral cooperation.

Overall, there were 9 districts/cities that received priority for the Pfizer vaccine that came in the first phase. Among them are South Jakarta City which received 174.321 doses, North Jakarta City 58.500 doses. Tangerang Regency 181.344 doses, Tangerang City 163.800 doses.

Then, Bogor Regency received 310.044 doses of Pfizer vaccine, Bogor City 64.344 doses, Bekasi Regency 146.244 doses, Bekasi City 362.700 doses, and Depok City 99.444 doses.

It is known that the Pfizer vaccine is a vaccine with an mRNA platform and has received the WHO EUL since December 2020. The vaccine is given in 2 doses with an interval of 21 days. The Pfizer vaccine has 95 percent efficacy.
