New Facts, Victim's Hands Can't Be Buried So Gaps Revealed Murder Under The Bekasi Toll Road

JAKARTA - Resmob Committee II of the Metro Jaya Police, AKP Reza Pahlevi explained, in the reconstruction of the scene of the murder of the RSJ (33) under the Jatikarya Toll Road, Jatisampurna, Bekasi, scenes 16 and 17 are the places where the victim's life was killed by the suspect Muhammad. "In scenes 16 and 17, the suspect took the victim's life. The suspect killed him by hitting. After the victim fell, the suspect strangled and covered the victim's mouth until the victim went limp," said AKP Reza Pahlevi to VOI, Friday, August 13.

Furthermore, the victim's body was dragged by the perpetrators and buried in a mound of earth and weeds.

There is a saying that no evil is perfect. This also happened at the crime scene (TKP), where the victim was buried to cover up his crime.

Even though the victim's entire body was buried in soil, sand and weeds, the victim's hands were still visible so that the victim's body could be found.

"During the last scene, the suspect felt that this was enough, it was still visible at the time of the discovery at the crime scene. So at the scene, the victim's hands were still visible, not covered with soil, sand and weeds," he said.

Furthermore, the Second Committee of the Resmob Ditreskrimum of the Polda Metro Jaya explained that the situation at the TKP at night was very dark. The suspect did not clearly see that the victim's body was actually buried or not.

"Because it was dark last night, we have checked the crime scene twice. Here at night there is no lighting. So at the scene, the victim's hands are still visible, not covered with soil, sand and weeds," he added.

Until now, the murder case is still being handled by the Sub-Directorate of Resmob, Ditreskrimum, Polda Metro Jaya. "We are still investigating the case, whether it was planned or not," he said.
