JAKARTA - KPK's Director of Investigation (Dirdik) Setyo Budiyanto explained the latest news regarding the whereabouts of Harun Masiku. Setyo Budiyanto said that Harun is currently abroad.
The former PDIP candidate is a suspect in the alleged bribery case related to the appointment of members of the DPR RI elected in 2019-2024 who have had DPO status since January 2020.
"Based on information, it is suspected that the person concerned (Harun) left Indonesia or was abroad," said Setyo Budiyanto in a virtual press conference, Sunday, August 8.
Setyo Budiyanto said that Harun's information no longer existed in Indonesia became the basis for Indonesia to send a letter requesting a red notice to the National Central Bureau (NCB) of Interpol Indonesia. Currently, the red notice on behalf of Harun Masiku has been issued.
