JAKARTA - The Surakarta City Police Samapta Unit managed to disperse the illegal racing by securing dozens of youths and motorbikes on Mojosongo Ring Road, Jebres, Solo, Central Java, early Monday, July 26.

Head of Samapta Police Surakara Commissioner Police Sutoyo said officers managed to disperse and secure 16 youths as well as evidence in the form of a Yamaha N-Max motorbike used for betting, 10 other motorbikes involved in the illegal race location.

According to him, the 16 youths who were detained were to be held accountable for their actions along with 11 motorbikes, which were secured and taken to the Surakarta Police Headquarters to be followed up with coaching.
