Street Child Killer In Kudus Arrested

JAKARTA - Kudus Resort Police, Central Java, arrested two people suspected of being involved in the murder case of street children whose bodies were found in a rotting condition in a yard in Mejobo District, some time ago.

Kudus Police Chief, AKBP Aditya Surya Dharma, confirmed the arrest of the alleged perpetrator of the murder in the Japanese Village, Mejobo District.

"The two suspects suspected of murder have been detained at the Kudus Police Headquarters for further investigation", said Kudus Police, quoted by Antara, Sunday, June 20.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit, AKP Agustinus David, added that the two perpetrators, who came from outside the city, were still being questioned regarding the murder case.

For the time being, he has not been able to explain his identity, including his arrest because it is still in the process considering that the perpetrators have also recently been arrested.

After everything is finished, he said, the Kudus Police will convey it to the media, including the motives of the perpetrators to kill their victims.

Residents were shocked by the discovery of a corpse known to residents of Pekalongan, Central Java, in a rotting condition in the residents' yard on June 11, 2021. The corpse was suspected to be a street child.
