JAKARTA - Police have named a man with the initials MY (34) as a suspect in the bomb terror case on the first day of the School Environment Introduction Period (MPLS) at SDN Srengseng Sawah 15 Pagi, on Monday (13/7).

"The suspect has been determined. There are two pieces of evidence," said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief of Criminal Investigation AKBP Iskandarsyah to reporters as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, July 14.

According to him, the perpetrator of MY was charged with Article 601 of the Criminal Code regarding the threat of terror.

"We found that the information was correct, there was a WA that entered the teacher and TU," said Jagakarsa Police Chief Kompol Nurma Dewi, Monday (13/7).

Nurma said the WhatsApp message was received by the 1st grade teacher and the Tata Usaha (TU) staff. Then, they reported to the police and immediately checked the crime scene (TKP).

The contents of the WhatsApp message were that the perpetrator threatened to blow up bombs to 11 school points and asked the school not to report to the police.

"Good morning and greetings, I hope you will be ready in a few minutes, the SDN 15 school will explode this morning and we have prepared 11 points," the message said.
