JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) senior investigator Novel Baswedan and 74 other employees have requested that the results of their National Insight Test (TWK) be given immediately. The reason is that the KPK and the Data Information Management Agency (BPID) did not provide access to these dozens of employees.

"So far, we have not received an answer. The answer is about what the results (TWK, ed) will be," said Novel at the Komnas HAM office, Jalan Latuharhary, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, June 8.

According to him, the test results should be obtained by employees who are declared not to have passed. Novel even compares the results to the medical records given to patients at the hospital even though the data are confidential.

"This was not done. As a result, it was not given. We didn't even ask for it. So if there is a secret reason, I say I don't understand it. There is no legal basis to say it is secret," he said.

The novel also regrets the labeling of those who do not qualify as stigmatized as people with problems and cannot be nurtured. "This is a double, yes, I said it was a serious problem," he said.

So he hopes the problem can be resolved soon. The goal is to prevent bad precedents from happening to other state apparatuses who work well but are removed in this way.

"That's why we are concerned on various occasions, we convey that we are fighting for this not only for personal interests. But also other interests, don't let it happen to other people," said Novel.

"Also this is closely related to efforts to tackle corruption eradication and this is a very serious matter," he added.

As previously reported, the National Insight Test was attended by 1,351 KPK employees. Of these, 1,274 people were declared eligible.

Meanwhile, 75 employees, including Novel Baswedan, Chairman of the KPK Employee Forum who is also investigator Yudi Purnomo, Director of Socialization and Anti-Corruption Campaign Giri Suprapdiono, Head of the KPK Task Force Harun Al-Rasyid, and Director of PJKAKI Sujarnarko were declared ineligible (TMS). While the other two employees did not attend the interview test.

According to the employees who were declared unsuccessful, there were a number of anomalies in the implementation of this assessment. Including, there are a number of questions that are considered to violate the private sphere.

These employees who did not pass, then reported the implementation of the TWK to Komnas HAM. Subsequently, a special team was formed, led by two commissioners, namely Choirul Anam and Sandrayati Moniaga to investigate the alleged human rights violations in this test.

In addition to submitting reports to Komnas HAM, these employees also report their leadership to a number of parties, from the KPK Supervisory Board to the Indonesian Ombudsman.
