JAKARTA - Army Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto mutated and rotated high-ranking TNI officers. The purpose of these rotations is related to optimizing the implementation of increasingly complex and dynamic TNI tasks.

Mutation and rotation of TNI starch was decided through the decree of the Commander of the TNI Number Kep/435/V/2021 dated May 25, concerning the dismissal of and appointment in positions within the TNI.  It has been determined mutation and promotion of the position of 80 high officers (Pati) TNI consists of 46 starch TNI AD, 15 starch TNI AL and 19 starch TNI AU.

46 Pati TNI AD among them are Lt. Gen. Doni Monardo from Ka BNPB to Pati Mabes TNI AD (in order to retire), Lt. Gen. Ganip Warsito from Kasum TNI to Ka BNPB.

Then Lt. Gen. Eko Margiyono from Pangkostrad to Kasum TNI, Maj. Gen. Dudung Abdurachman from Pangdam Jaya to Pangkostrad.

This mutation is also related to Maj. Gen. Mulyo Aji from Aspers Kasad to Pangdam Jaya, Maj. Gen. Wawan Ruswandi. from Danpussenkav Kodiklatad to Aspers Kasad.

New Pangkostrad

Dudung Abdurachman is a high-ranking army officer. He briefly served as Governor of Akmil. The career of TNI dudung was pioneered from Akabri Darat. Graduating from Akabri in 1988, Dudung received the rank of second lieutenant.

Prior to serving as Governor of Akmil and Pangdam Jaya, Dudung held the position of Waaster Kasad from 2017 to 2018.

The position of Pangdam Jaya held by Dudung was legitimized by the Decree of the Commander of the Armed Forces Number Kep/588/VII/2020 dated June 27, 2020.

Dudung Abdurachman has only occupied the position of Pangdam Jaya since mid-2020. He replaced Maj. Gen. TNI Eko who was promoted to Pangkostrad. Dudung's career in the TNI was pioneered slowly. Dudung was born into a simple family. The family's economic condition, plus the death of the father made Dudung intervene to help make a living by delivering the mother's cake.

"After I didn't exist, I sold cookies. I sell cakes, crackers are still raw, terasi, I should have firewood around near the house. Because we cook with firewood. I travel around the houses selling cakes," said Dudung, quoted from his interview with Kompas TV, Friday, November 20.

In addition to traveling around the home environment, Dudung also delivered the merchandise cakes to the canteen Kodam 3 Siliwangi on Aceh Street, Bandung City, West Java. Bad experience tangent with tni members never dudung experienced there.
