Feeling Dizalimi Father's Heritage House For Sale, 2 Children In Bandung Sue The Mother To Court

BANDUNG - Two children with the initials J and B are suing their birth mother who has the initials AM to the Bandung District Court for selling the late father's heritage house.

The plaintiff's lawyer, Musa Darwin Pane, said that the heritage house in question was on Derwati Street, Bandung City, West Java.

The lawsuit, he said, was filed because J and B claimed to have also inherited the house.

"Why can this happen, because the child feels wronged by their mother and by the home buyer, suddenly apparently expelled from home", said Musa in Bandung District Court, reported Antara, Tuesday, May 25.

The lawsuit made by his client to Bandung District Court is a legal step after J and B were reported to the police by the buyer of the house with the initials RP, also made a defendant in the case.

"He (the plaintiff) was expelled, people were going to be reported to the police, and it turned out to have been reported to the police, and we've been called and we've dealt with it", Musa said.

Musa said in the case J and B sued their mother claimed to have suffered a loss of IDR 40 million as a cost of fighting for their legal rights, and a loss of IDR 2 billion because of the moral burden after experiencing intimidation.

Even so, Musa claimed to be doing his utmost to reconcile the parties to the dispute even though it had previously gone through a mediation phase that had not yet been agreed upon.

"This issue is very sensitive because there is a biological mother as the defendant II, this issue must be handled carefully and still put forward persuasive efforts outside the court even though the legal process must continue", he said.

Meanwhile, the attorney of the sued mother, Egi Kamaludin, confirmed that his client was selling the land and buildings that became the object of the dispute.

"It is true (sold), but it is legal because Mrs. Ai Maswati is the rightful heir of her husband", said Egi.
