Pusdalops Records 646 North Sumatran Residents In 4 Districts Injured By Disasters

The Center for Disaster Management Operations Control (Pusdalops PB) of North Sumatra (North Sumatra) recorded that 646 people were injured as a result of natural disasters that hit the province.

Based on reports received in Medan on Thursday, December 4, as many as 646 people who were injured were recorded as coming from five districts from 17 districts/cities in North Sumatra who were affected by the disaster.

Pusdalops recorded five regencies/cities namely North Tapanuli Regency (three people), Central Tapanuli Regency (521 people), South Tapanuli Regency (70 people), Sibolga City (45 people), and Humbang Hasundutan Regency (seven people).

Head of the Emergency, Equipment and Logistics Handling Division of the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Sri Wahyuni Pancasilawati said the report was temporary data received by the North Sumatra PB Pusdalops.

"The data is an update on December 4, 2025 at 08.00 WIB," said Sri Wahyuni, quoted by Antara.

He said various efforts to deal with the disaster incident had been carried out by each region and a number of related policy makers.

"The development of the disaster will continue to be informed including the data," said Sri Wahyuni Pancasilawati.

Pusdalops recorded 17 districts/cities that were hit by natural disasters, namely Medan City, Tebingtinggi City, Binjai City, Padangsidimpuan City, and Sibolga City. In addition, Deliserdang Regency, Serdangbergaga Regency, Langkat Regency, Humbang Hasundutan Regency and Pakpak Bharat Regency.

Then Nias Regency, North Tapanuli Regency, Asahan Regency, South Tapanuli Regency, Central Tapanuli Regency, Mandailing Natal Regency, and Batubara Regency.
