The Tanjung Priok Port Police managed to arrest a robber who slashed and shot a Honda Stylo driver in the Marunda area, Cilincing, North Jakarta. The arrests were made from the results of the examination of witnesses and the crime scene investigation.

"We managed to apprehend one of the perpetrators, namely DF (25) in the Tarumajaya area, Bekasi," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tanjung Priok Port Police, AKP IGNP Krisnha Narayana when confirmed, Tuesday, December 2.

For further processing, the perpetrators were immediately taken to the Tanjung Priok Port Police for further investigation.

"The evidence confiscated contained 1 sheet of original Honda Style cream, Nopol B 4771 UFY, 2 ignition keys, 1 DP receipt for motorcycle purchase and 1 motorcycle invoice bill," he said.

AKP Krisnha said that his party was committed that there was no room for movement at all for criminals.

"Especially crimes that disturb the public such as robbers, we will definitely pursue and arrest them," he said.

The perpetrators resisted or endangered the officers and the community, so the police did not hesitate to take measured decisive action in the field.

"We will definitely take firm and measured action in accordance with applicable legal provisions," he said.

For his actions, the suspect DF was charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code related to the crime of theft with violence.

Previously, it was reported that a Honda Stylo motorcyclist with the initials TWS became a victim of robbery by two men riding a Yamaha NMAX motorbike while crossing Jalan Sungai Kendal, Marunda Village, Cilincing District, North Jakarta.

The perpetrators carried sharp weapons of the type of sickle and a replica of an Airsoftgun firearm. In the action, the perpetrator also slashed the victim and shot the victim.
