Rudy Tanoesoedibjo's Company Called KPK Gets Distribution Of Rice Social Assistance To 5 Million Families In 15 Provinces

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that Dosni Roha Group distributed rice social assistance (bansos) for more than 5 million beneficiary families (KPM) in 15 provinces.

The company is related to Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo or Rudy Tanoe who is a suspect in a corruption case in the distribution of social assistance (bansos) for the Family Hope Program (PKH) for Fiscal Year 2020.

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said this distribution was carried out from September to November 2020.

"In this case, PT DR Group received a distribution project to more than 5 million families of recipients of social assistance packages spread across 15 provinces," Budi told reporters, Tuesday, October 21.

"The distribution is part of a total of 10 million social assistance packages for recipient families spread across 34 provinces. Distribution is carried out from September to November 2020," he continued.

Budi said this mechanism was also explored by three witnesses who were examined on Monday, October 20.

They are Joseph Sulistijo as Director of PT Amanat Perkasa Speed; Dedy Rahman as Head of Public Service Subdivision of the Bulog Public Planning and Public Service Division; and Paulus Moroopun Hayon as General Affair (GA) Manager of PT Dosni Roha.

In addition, investigators are also exploring the mechanism for subconnaissance in the distribution of the rice social assistance. However, Budi did not specify the details because it was included in the investigation material.

Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). An investigation warrant (sprindik) has been issued and the case relates to the strengthening of social assistance (bansos).

The investigation was carried out since August this year and the development of the allegations previously handled.

Three people have been named as suspects in this case, they are B. Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo as President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik; Edy Suharto as former Director General of Social Empowerment of the Ministry of Social Affairs and now serves as expert staff of the Minister of Social Affairs for Change and Social Dynamics and Kanisius Jerry Tengker who is the President Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistics for 2020-2022.

Then, the KPK also named two corporate suspects, namely PT Dosni Roha Indonesia and PT Dosni Roha Logistics. However, the official announcement of the suspects has not yet been made.
