KPK: Only 55 To 70 Percent Of East Java Pokir Grant Funds Are Enjoyed By The People

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that the basic thought grant (pokir) from the 2019-2022 East Java Provincial Budget was not fully enjoyed by the public.

This was conveyed by the acting (Plt) Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu who announced 21 suspects in the bribery case for managing community group grants (pokmas) in the East Java Provincial government for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year.

One of them is Kusnadi, who is the former chairman of the East Java Provincial DPRD who received a poor grant of Rp398.7 billion during 2019-2022.

"With the following details, in 2019 it will be IDR 54.6 billion; IDR 84.4 billion in 2020; IDR 124.5 billion in 2021; and IDR 135.2 billion in 2022," Asep told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, October 2.

Furthermore, Asep explained, the grant funds were distributed to the field coordinator (Korlap). They are Hasanuddin who is a member of the East Java DPRD for the period 2024-2029 and previously a private party from Gresik Regency, East Java; Jodi Pradana Putra as a private party from Blitar Regency, East Java; Sukar who is a former Village Head from Tulungagung Regency, East Java; and A. Royan and Wawan Kristiawan as private parties from Tulungagung.

These four corlaps are now undergoing detention at the KPK Detention Center (Rutan) Red and White Building Branch. Meanwhile, A. Royan has not been detained because he is not in good health.

After being distributed, there was an agreement to distribute fees between Kusnadi and a number of parties. Not only that, but the corlaps also made proposals for grant funds to be carried out carelessly.

Asep said the details of the fee distribution were as follows: 1. The KUS gets around 15-20 percent; 2. Corlap gets about 5-10 percent;3. The pokmas management gets around 2.5 percent; and 4. The admin for making proposals and LPJ gets about 2.5 percent.

"So that the poor funds that are really used for community programs are only around 55 percent to 70 percent of the initial budget," said Asep.

Kusnadi received this fee at the beginning or as an ijon. The value is said to have reached Rp79 billion from all of the corlap and Rp32.2 billion from Jodi, Hasanuddin, Sukar, Wawan, and A. Royan money during the 2019-2022 period.

"KUS telah menerima komitmen fee secara transfer melalui rekenas istrinya dan staf pribadi atau tunai," ungkap Asep.

Previously reported, the KPK announced 21 suspects for alleged bribery in the management of grant funds for the community group (pokmas) of East Java Province in 2019-2022. This case is a development of a hand arrest operation (OTT) that ensnared Sahat Tua P. Simanjuntak as Deputy Chair of the East Java Provincial DPRD for the 2019-2024 period.

The following are the details of 21 suspects in this case:

1. KUS (Kusnadi) - Chairman of the East Java Provincial DPRD;2. AS (Anwar Sadad) - Deputy Chairman of the East Java Provincial DPRD; 3. AI (Achmad Iskandar) - Deputy Chairman of the East Java Provincial DPRD; and 4. BGS (Bagus Wahyudiono) - Staff from the US.

As the giver:

1. MHD (Mahud) - Member of the East Java Provincial DPRD 2019 2024;2. FA (Fauzan Adima) - Deputy Chairperson of the 2019 DPRD Sampang Regency 2024;3. JJ (Jon Junaidi) - Deputy Chairperson of the 2019 Probolinggo Regency DPRD 2024;4. AH (Ahmad Heriyadi) - Private of Sampang Regency;5. AA (Ahmad Affandy) - Private of Sampang Regency;6. AM (Abdul Motollib) - Private of Sampang Regency; 7. MM (Moch Mahrus) - Private of Probolinggo Regency (now member of the East Java DPRD 2024 2029); 8. AR (A Royan) - Private of Tulungagung; 9.
