Omoda 04 Can Be Ordered at GIIAS 2026, Price Still Secret

JAKARTA - Omoda officially re-crowded the Indonesian automotive market with a new identity as part of Omoda and Jaecoo. For the first time, both brands are present in a global ecosystem that combines electric vehicles, hybrid technology, and artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence/AI) to provide a future mobility experience for consumers in the country.

This transformation is Omoda's new step in the national automotive industry by presenting AI-based vehicles designed to provide a smarter, more personal, and more tailored driving experience for modern generations. Carrying the vision of The First AI Car for Everyone, Omoda wants to present AI technology that is intuitive and easy to access so that it can be enjoyed by more people.

At the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026, Omoda introduced the Omoda O4 EV. This electric car combines futuristic design in the style of *Cyber Mecha Design*, AI technology, and electrification systems in one smart vehicle ecosystem.

Equipped with a 67 kWh battery, the Omoda O4 EV is claimed to be able to travel up to 553 kilometers on a single charge. The presence of the model also marks Omoda's transformation from just a vehicle manufacturer to an AI-based smart mobility solution provider.

In conjunction with its launch at GIIAS 2026, Omoda also opened Omoda O4 EV reservations even though the official price has not been announced. Consumers who are interested in buying it only need to pay a booking fee or deposit of Rp. 5 million/unit.

"The pre-book price has not been announced, in terms of price it will be above J5, but not too close because it is above the feature. Customers who want to pre-book can make a reservation through our website," said Head of Sales Jaecoo Indonesia, Willy Winawan at ICE BSD, Wednesday, July 29.

A total of 1,000 first consumers have the opportunity to obtain a free upgrade package worth IDR 50 million which includes Omoda O4 Exclusive Diecast, Upgraded Electrochromatic Panoramic Roof, Upgraded AI Features, Free AI Internet Subscription for one year, and Upgraded Wall Charger 3 in 1.

Omoda O4 EV reservations can be made at the Omoda & Jaecoo booth during the GIIAS, through the Omoda & Jaecoo national dealer network, as well as the Omoda official website. The entire ordering process is designed transparently so that prospective buyers can monitor the queue through the system that has been provided.

Indonesia is also the first country in the world to introduce Omoda O4 to the public.
