Prosecutor's Office Examines Deputy Chairperson Of The NTB DPRD Regarding 'Siluman' Funds For Pokir

NTB - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) examined the Deputy Chairperson of the NTB DPRD Yek Agil regarding the case of alleged distribution of "luminous" funds to a number of council members related to the management of the 2025 main mind budget (pokir).

Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, who was confirmed for Yek Agil's investigation at this stage, admitted that he did not know about this because he was currently on duty out of town.

Head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Wahyudi, previously said that the handling of this case had started at the investigation stage after finding a criminal incident.

The money deposited from a number of council members with a total of Rp1.85 billion is now the completeness of the evidence confiscated by investigators. The existence of this deposit confirms indications of the distribution of "luman" funds.

Wahyudi as the leader of the Adhyaksa Corps in the jurisdiction of NTB asked investigators at this stage to immediately reveal the role of suspects and determine the direction of criminal violations from legal events that occur.
