In the midst of demands for improving the quality of human resources, the contribution of alumni is considered to be one of the important indicators of the reputation of universities.

"Alumni are valuable assets because their success is a reflection of the quality of education provided by the alma mater," said Budiyanto.

According to Budiyanto, alumni are not sufficiently positioned as part of the campus history. They are strategic forces that are able to open opportunities for cooperation, expand professional networks, and make a real contribution to the development of institutions.

On this occasion, he appreciated the implementation of a forum that brought together various elements of alumni and campus.

The forum also highlighted the importance of strengthening alumni relations with the alma mater. For SPs UNNES, the challenge of the university today is not only producing quality graduates, but also building a collaborative ecosystem that can have a real impact on society.

Budiyanto invited all alumni to maintain their attachment to the alma mater through contributions of thoughts, experiences, networks, and partnerships. According to him, this support is an important capital to increase UNNES' competitiveness at the national and international levels.

SPs UNNES hopes that the Alumni Partnership Meeting 2026 will produce concrete collaborations that strengthen the reputation of the campus while supporting the development of superior and globally competitive Indonesian human resources.
