National Police Chief Appoints Inspector General Yuda Gustawan As Kabaintelkam

JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo rotated his ranks at the high-ranking officer (Pati) level. From the position, one of them is the Head of the National Police Intelligence and Security Agency (Kabaintelkam).

The mutation and rotation of positions are based on two Telegram Letters from the National Police Chief numbered ST/2134/IX/KEP./2025 dated September 19, 2025 and ST/2192/IX/KEP./2025 dated September 24, 2025

In one of the STs, Inspector General Yuda Gustawan was appointed as Kabaintelkam Polri replacing Komjen Akhmad Wiyagus.

Meanwhile, in Wakabaintelkam's position, the National Police Chief appointed Brigadier General Nanang Rudi Supriatna to occupy the position.

Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, said that this mutation is part of the dynamics of the organization in the context of refreshment, career development, and optimizing institutional performance.

"The mutation and rotation of this position are dynamic in the National Police. This is part of the career development process and strengthens the organization to answer the challenges of contemporary tasks and in the future it will continue to develop to provide protection and services and realize Kamtibmas," Trunoyudo said in his statement, Friday, September 26.

In addition, in the two mutational and rotational STRs there were 60 Polri personnel who filled the new position.

Trunoyudo stated that the entire mutation process had gone through careful consideration and analysis of organizational needs.

"The National Police always develops personnel and according to organizational needs, this mutation is not only as a refresher, but also part of organizational transformation, operational, service and supervision to create a precise Police," said Trunoyudo.
