JAKARTA - The Indonesian Army (TNI AD) closed its 2025 Territorial Incursion Program in Bojongkoneng Village, Babakanmadang District, Bogor Regency, West Java, on Wednesday, September 24, not far from the residence of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.

The Commander of the Army Territorial Center, Lieutenant General Mochamad Syafei Kasno, stated that the Territorial Incursion Program was part of a series of events commemorating the 80th anniversary of the TNI, which focused on community service and strengthening the unity between the TNI and the people.

"This territorial invasion aims to create unity between the TNI and the people. This program is an instruction from the TNI Commander for soldiers to be directly involved with the community," Syafei said at the closing ceremony, as reported by Antara.

The 30-day Territorial Incursion program included infrastructure development and repairs in the Bojongkoneng area, including the construction of six drilled wells, the rehabilitation of six uninhabitable houses, the construction of three public toilets (MCK), and the renovation of the Nurul Iman Grand Mosque.

In addition, TNI soldiers also rehabilitated elementary school buildings and paved village roads to improve access for residents. Roads that were previously slippery during the rainy season are now safer for community mobility.

"Water is the source of life. With drilled wells, people can still access clean water during the dry season," said Syafei, emphasizing the importance of developing basic community facilities.

The territorial incursion also included non-physical services such as mass circumcisions, cataract screenings, free medical treatment, and the distribution of basic food supplies. Residents received education on the dangers of drugs, online gambling, online loans, public order and security, stunting prevention, and TNI recruitment.

Syafei emphasized that the TNI's presence in the community is not only realized through physical development, but also through education and empowerment. "All these achievements are concrete evidence of the spirit of togetherness and mutual cooperation between the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the people," he said.

He added that similar activities are taking place in various regions of Indonesia. Currently, the Army's Army Training Center (Pusterad) is drilling for clean water in Indramayu, Subang, and Cirebon, and is holding a large-scale community service program in Sajira, Banten.

According to him, these programs represent the TNI's concrete efforts to address the people's difficulties while simultaneously assisting local governments in accelerating development. "Territorial raids are not only about building infrastructure, but also strengthening ties and unity," he said.

On that occasion, Syafei expressed his appreciation to the Siliwangi III Military Command, the Bogor Regency Government, and the Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda) for their full support. He also presented special recognition to the Commander of the Bogor Regency Military District Command (Dandim 0621) and all its personnel.

The closing ceremony of the Territorial Raid was also attended by Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto, along with members of the Bogor Regency Forkopimda, and community leaders from Bojongkoneng.
