BMKG Director of Public Meteorology Andri Ramadhani explained that the circulation center of Tropical Cyclone Bualoi was detected in the southeast of Luzon Island, Philippines, at 9.8 degrees LU and 132.4 degrees BT or about 1,050 kilometers northeast of Tahuna, North Sulawesi.

This cyclone has a maximum wind speed of about 45 knots or 83 kilometers per hour with a minimum air pressure of 996 hPa.
