"After we searched, it turned out that the man in the Turban was WHD and we were immediately secured," said Kombes Winardy.
Suspected perpetrators and evidence have now been detained in Aceh Police for legal proceedings.
"To the alleged perpetrators will be suspected Article 28 Paragraph (2) Jo Article 45a Paragraph (2) Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE)," he concluded.
