JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung reshuffled the board of commissioners of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) through the Decree of Shareholders (KPPS).

VP Corporate Secretary Jakpro Yeni Widayanti said that this change of position is a refresher of the company's supervisory structure. This is to strengthen organizational governance and effectiveness.

"The change in the composition of the Board of Commissioners is part of the company's strategy in strengthening the governance structure as well as aligning with the needs of developing strategic projects in Jakarta," Yeni said in his statement, Monday, August 4.

Pramono appointed the Head of the DKI Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Lusiana Herawati to be the President Commissioner replacing Hikmahanto Juwana.

Pramono also appointed Sahrin Hamid as Commissioner of Jakpro. Sahrin is a close person to former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan. The General Chairperson of the People's Movement Ormas has also been an Anies spokesman recently.

In addition, Pramono also appointed Kreshna Putra as Commissioner of Jakpro. Kreshna is the chairman of the South Jakarta Golkar Party DPD.

Then, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Regional Owned Enterprise Development Agency (BP BUMD) Syaefuloh Hidayat was also appointed as Commissioner of Jakpro.

Sahrin, Kreshna, and Syaefuloh replaced the position of Commissioner of Jakpro who was previously held by Lusiana Herawati, Agus Susanto, and Suhajar Diantoro.

"We believe that the synergy between experience and new enthusiasm will have a positive impact on Jakpro's journey ahead," said Yeni.

So far, Jakpro has been assigned to carry out a number of priority projects by the DKI Provincial Government. Among them are the construction of the Jakarta LRT, the management of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), to the revitalization of Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM).

"With this new arrangement, Jakpro is optimistic that collaboration between precursor experience and the spirit of renewal will strengthen the strategic direction ahead," said Yeni.
