SEMARANG The Central Java Regional Police carried out the slaughter of sacrificial animals in commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1446 Hijri, Friday morning (6/6/2025), at the Central Java Police Satbrimob Headquarters. Chairman of the Central Java Police's Eid al-Adha Committee, Kombes Pol Noviana Tursanurohmad, who also serves as Karo HR, reported that the total sacrificial animals slaughtered this year reached 808 consisting of 282 cows and 526 goats.
"For the Regional Police Headquarters level, there are 72 sacrificial animals consisting of 58 cows and 14 goats. Meanwhile, the ranks of the police throughout Central Java simultaneously donated 224 cows and 512 goats," explained Kombes Noviana in front of the Regional Police Chief Inspector General of Police Ribut Hari Wibowo.
The handover of sacrificial animals was symbolically carried out by the Kapolda and Deputy Chief of Police Brigadier General Pol Latif Usman to the slaughtering committee, located on the side page of Mako Brimob. The slaughter process was carried out by a team of experts from Salatiga as many as 20 people, with the support of 50 Satbrimob personnel who were in charge of cutting and packing sacrificial meat.
