Reportedly Sick, Aceh Governor Undergoes Health Checks In Singapore

JAKARTA - Aceh Governor Muzakir Manaf alias Mualem is reportedly sick and is undergoing medical examinations abroad, namely in Singapore.

"It's true, Mualem is checking his health, currently abroad," said Mualem-Dek Fadh spokesman Teuku Kamaruzzaman alias Ampon Man, in Banda Aceh, Thursday.

Ampon Man mengatakan saat ini Mualem sedang menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan di Singapura, karena di sana ada catatan kesehatannya.

"He checks health in Singapore, because there has been a health record of him (Mualem) so far," he said.

Regarding the details of conditions and how long Mualem is in Singapore, so far he has not known. Just asking for prayers so that the Governor of Aceh is always in good health.

"There is no information on when he will return to Aceh. We pray that there is nothing serious in this health check," said Ampon Man.

For information, the Governor's last activity in Aceh before going to Singapore which was conveyed to the media crew was to receive the new Aceh Attorney General's Office (Kajati), Yudi Vihi at his residence, Banda Aceh, Thursday (24/4).

Meanwhile, the Head of Adpim of the Aceh Regional Secretariat, Akkar Arafat, did not answer the details of ANTARA's confirmation, only stating that the Governor and his family were in good health.

"Alhamdulillah, the governor is kind and healthy with his family," said Akkar Arafat briefly.
