The inactive judge of the Surabaya District Court, Erintuah Damanik, revealed the behavior of Rudi Suparmono, who is the chairman of the Surabaya District Court in a series of cases of alleged bribery and gratification of Gregorius Ronald Tannur's acquittal.

Erintuah Damanik said Rudi Suparmono asked him not to 'forget' which seemed to ask for a share after determining the composition of the panel of judges to try the murder case with the defendant Gregorius Ronald Tannur.

It started when Erintuah Damanik said that when the security guard at the Surabaya District Court told him that Lisa Rachmat, who is Ronald Tannur's attorney, was looking for him.

"So on March 4, 2024, in the morning. The security guard on duty on the 5th floor went down to my room and said 'Sir, you are looking for a female lawyer above' who I said 'I don't know, the female lawyer has left the chairman's room'," said Erintuah while testifying for the defendant Heru Hanindyo during a trial at the Corruption Court in Jakarta, Tuesday, March 25.

After receiving this information, Erintuah went up to the 5th floor of the Surabaya District Court. Then, met Lisa Rachmat and had a conversation.

At that time, Lisa Rachmat greeted and introduced herself to Erintuah Damanik as a lawyer.

"Only then did he say, 'I know the names of the father of Mr. Huru and Pal Mangapul, I have met the person together'. Then he said, on the advice of the two of them, I went to the chairman so that you would be chairman of the assembly," said Erintua imitating the conversation with Lisa Rachmat at that time.

A day later or March 5, Erintuah Damanik met with Rudi Suparmono, who was then the Chairman of the Surabaya District Court.

At the meeting, Rudi Suparmono asked him to remember himself because he had appointed Erintuah as a panel of judges according to Lisa Rachmat's request.

"I happened to meet with the chairman of the court. Then on my shoulders, eh lae...lae.. I appointed to be chairman of the assembly, members of Mangapul and Pak Heru. As per Lisa's request, this is what I hear directly, I do not increase my power. does not reduce," he said. .

"Okay I said, then the chairman said 'Don't forget me' Those were the words of the chairman at the time," said Erintuah.
