JAKARTA - The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) has encouraged the shooting case by TNI personnel who killed three police officers to be thoroughly and transparently investigated.
It is known that the three policemen who became victims were AKP (posthumous) Lusiyanto, Aipda (posthumous) Petrus Apriyanto and First Brigadier (posthumous) M Ghalib Surya Ganta.
"Suppressing the importance of fair and transparent law enforcement for this incident. Komnas HAM asks for the case to be revealed by shoot," said Komnas HAM Human Rights Enforcement Sub-Commission Coordinator Uli Parulian Sihombing in his statement, Saturday, March 22.
In addition, Komnas HAM also encourages ethical and criminal law enforcement in all series of incidents. Thus, the sense of justice can be felt by all parties.
"It is necessary to enforce the law ethically and criminally on suspicion of cockfighting gambling that occurred before the shooting," he said.
Komnas HAM is currently also conducting proactive monitoring of the shooting case that killed the three police officers.
