JAKARTA - Ducati will hold a Heritage Contest for motorcycles produced before 2000 during the 2026 World Ducati Week in Misano, Italy. This contest is part of Ducati's 100th anniversary celebration.

As reported by Visor Down, quoted Tuesday, June 23, the technical assessment began on Friday, July 3, at the Misano World Circuit. The jury consists of Ducati experts and one legendary Ducati rider.

A total of 10 finalists will be selected based on the originality of the motorcycle, originality, maintenance condition, restoration quality, design, as well as historical and documentation value.

The finalist's motorcycle will be exhibited at the Ducati Heritage Village on Saturday, July 4. Fans can also vote for their favorite motorcycle so that the final result is not only determined by the jury.

The winners will be announced on Sunday, July 5. The top three positions will receive prizes.

The judges also prepared a special award for the motorcycle with the strongest historical value. The prize is in the form of a historic Ducati Corse fairing that has been signed.

All finalists will receive the Borgo Panigale Experience, an opportunity to see the behind-the-scenes area where Ducati produces its motorcycles.

Ducati also opened a space for owners of production models up to 2000 who came to Misano. They will get a special parking area that will be an open exhibition during the three-day event.
