Minister Of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi Ensures TNI Bill Does Not Turn On TNI's Dwifunction

JAKARTA - Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi ensured that the TNI Bill would not revive the TNI's duality as many people were concerned. This was said by Prasetyo Hadi to reporters, Monday, March 17 in Jakarta. Prasetyo also hopes that the public can provide constructive criticism of the TNI Bill. This is because the government actually has the spirit to make the TNI follow the times. As previously reported, the polemic of the TNI Bill appeared in the community. A number of people are concerned that the TNI Bill will revive the TNI's dwifunction which has been considered contrary to the mandate of the constitution and reforms. One of the concerns of a number of parties is the expansion of TNI members who can serve in 16 civilian institutions.
