Planning To Akmil Magelang, Prabowo Will Meet The Regional Head Of Retret Participants

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to visit the Magelang Military Academy (Akmil) on the retret location of the head of state on Thursday, February 27 afternoon.

The head of state will meet the retret and lead the Senja Parade ceremony which will take place this afternoon.

"The visit also emphasized President Prabowo's commitment to forming strong leadership and character for regional leaders in Indonesia," said Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of President Yusuf Permana to reporters in Jakarta, Thursday, February 27, as reported by Antara.

The President is scheduled to fly from Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base, Jakarta, and land at Adisucipto Air Base in Yogyakarta, then continue his trip by land to Tidar Valley, Akmil Magelang.

President Prabowo will lead the Senja Parade ceremony at the Military Academy. Tomorrow, Friday, February 28, 2025, President Prabowo will provide direction in the context of learning leadership orientation for regional heads throughout Indonesia," said Yusuf.

The Senja Parade ceremony is one of a series of activities held in a series of retreats, be it a series of ministers of the Red and White Cabinet as well as a series of regional heads at the Magelang Military Academy.

The ceremony is usually held in front of the Graha Utama Building, one of the buildings in Akmil which was inaugurated by President Prabowo. The activity was attended by thousands of more Military Academy cadets from three TNI dimensions. The regional head recruitment at Akmil Magelang took place on February 21-28, 2025.
