Ready To Retret Regional Heads, Pramono Anung: My Belongings Are Already In Magelang

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung stated that he was ready to undergo a retret or briefing of regional heads at the Magelang Military Academy, on the second day of office, namely February 21 to 28, 2025.

"I will go to Magelang tomorrow morning. I have actually prepared all the equipment. I am the person who always prepared it before. In fact, my belongings are now in Magelang," said Pramono at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Thursday, February 20.

According to Pramono, in the next week, regional heads will receive directions from Prabowo, the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), and related ministers to harmonize the central and regional government programs.

"Then also Lemhannas and so on I will follow. Bang doel will join on 27-28. So that way, both of me, Bang Doel and I are ready to fully follow," said Pramono.

Previously, President Prabowo Subianto advised hundreds of regional heads who had just been inaugurated simultaneously at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, Thursday, to immediately attend the retreat or briefing at the Military Academy, Magelang, on February 21, 2025.

In his brief remarks after inaugurating simultaneously 961 elected regional heads, President Prabowo said he would meet them again at the retreat, and appealed to them to be strong in carrying out the briefing.

"I don't think it will take long because we will meet in the retreat that will be carried out by the Minister of Home Affairs in Magelang. I will meet you there and hopefully you will be strong. Those who hesitate may resign," said Prabowo.

Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Bima Arya Sugiarto said that 40 ministers had been prepared for the retret or briefing of regional heads at the Military Academy (Akmil), Magelang, Central Java, starting February 21, 2025.

Bima explained that initially the Ministry of Home Affairs planned to present 48 ministers of the Red and White Cabinet (KMP) to become ministers.
