After The Inauguration At The Palace, Bobby Nasution: I'm Ready To Be Trained And Ready To Get Material During The Retret

North Sumatra Governor Bobby Nasution admitted that he was ready to be trained and received material from the retreat of all elected regional heads from the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections at the Military Academy (Akmil) Magelang, Central Java, from Friday, February 21 to February 28, 2025.

This was conveyed by Bobby after attending the inauguration of the elected regional head simultaneously at the Indonesian Presidential Palace, Jakarta.

Bobby seemed to come out of the center of the Palace accompanied by his wife, who is also the second daughter of the 7th president of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo, Kahiyang Ayu.

"Ready to be trained and ready to get material from there (retret)," Bobby told the media crew as reported by Antara, Thursday, February 20.

Bobby said that he would go to Magelang from Jakarta by plane via Yogyakarta. The former mayor of Medan will not go home first to hand over his position in North Sumatra, he even immediately left for Magelang to take part in the retreat.

On that occasion, Bobby admitted that he had prepared a number of clothes set by the Ministry of Home Affairs, as an institution that organizes regional head recruitment.

"The shirt has been determined, there are sports clothes, Satpol PP clothes, there are also white clothes," he said.

In accordance with the retret agenda, as many as 505 regional heads participated in a retreat at the Military Academy (Akmil) in Magelang, Central Java, during the week after the inauguration on February 20, 2025 in Jakarta.

Deputy Minister of Home Affairs (Wamendagri) Bima Arya Sugiarto said that the leadership retreat in Akmil was more effective and efficient because the existing facilities and infrastructure previously could still be used.

The retreat will be filled with three main materials, namely understanding the main tasks and functions of regional heads, strategic directions related to Astacita by ministers, as well as leadership briefing from the National Resilience Institution (Lemhannas).

In addition, the Minister of Finance is scheduled to deliver special materials related to budget efficiency for regional heads.
