Ratification Of SHM And HGB At Pagar Laut Location Reported To KPK

JAKARTA - Coordinator of the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) Boyamin Saiman reported the issuance of ratification of title certificates (SHM) and building rights (HGB) at the sea fence location, Banten, Tangerang to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) today, Thursday, January 23. He suspects that there is a corrupt practice in the process.

"I have entered the Dumas (community complaints) but there are many queues, I continue to include them in the form of letter receipts," Boyamin told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

Boyamin assessed that the sea area should not be claimed or controlled by certain parties. He suspects that there are falsified files so that certificates can be issued.

"So there are allegations of forgery in letter C, letter D, warkah and so on regarding the documents and land data," he said.

Furthermore, Boyamin also did not believe that the land that was certified was land. Because, there has been no widening of sea water since the last few years.

Thus, he suspects that there has been a violation with reference Article 9 in Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes for the issuance of the document. Boyamin feels that the KPK should carry out an investigation.

As for the report, Boyamin mentioned a number of names. However, he did not want to elaborate further.

He only had the name of the minister included in his report but not a minister in the era of the Red and White Cabinet. Including the Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid.

"There are two ministers, which is clearly not Mr. Nusron Wahid. So most of them are Minister A, who is ten percent of Minister B," he said.

Previously reported, the government through the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid admitted that there were building rights (HGB) and certificates of property rights (SHM) from the mysterious sea fence.

According to him, there are 263 fields in the form of SHGB. The details are 234 fields in the name of PT Intan Agung Makmur; 20 fields in the name of PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa; and 9 more fields in the name of individuals.

In addition, there is also SHM issued in the sea fence area with a total of 17 fields. The location is also in accordance with the BHUMI ATR/BPN application, namely in Kohod Village, Pakuhaji, Tangerang.

Kementerian ATR kemudian berjanji tegas terhadap pihak yang terlibat dalam penerbitan sertifikat-sertifikat itu jika ada aturan yang dilanggar.
