JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) has engineered traffic on Jalan Raya Bogor, East Jakarta in connection with the installation of a drinking water supply system (SPAM) pipeline.

Head of DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, said the engineering in the form of road narrowing was effective from January 18 to April 11, 2025.

"The work is on Jalan Raya Bogor, the East side to Bogor after the Pasar Rebo intersection," said Syafrin in his statement, Friday, January 17.

Syafrin said, in the pipeline installation work with the HPD drilling method, there are 5 pits or excavation points that will be carried out in stages.

On January 18-31, a pit 4 to pit 5 connecting work was carried out on January 18-January 18-31, 2025, February 1-14, the pit 4 connection to pit 3, February 15-28, the pit 2 to pit 1 connection work, March 1-14, the pit 2 to pit 3 connection work, and March 15-April 11, 2025 repair, repair and completion work. excavation.

"During the work, there will be a reduction in lanes or road widths along the work area, but a situational closure of the deck plate will be carried out when traffic is heavy," explained Syafrin.

PT Kalirandoe Jaya Abadi as the implementer of the SPAM pipeline installation on Jalan Raya Bogor, East Jakarta Administrative City, is fully responsible for the safety and security of road users at the construction site.

"Road users are advised to avoid these roads and be able to adjust the traffic arrangements set, obey traffic signs, instructions from officers in the field and prioritize road safety," he added.
