TANGERANG Adjunct Commissioner of Police (AKP) Seala Syah Alam, former Pagedangan Police Chief, is known as an outstanding female police officer (Polwan) who continues to make achievements in his career.

After a year serving as Head of Pagedangan Police, Seala is now promoted as Head of the Administration Service Section (Kasi Yanmin) at Polda Metro Jaya.

It does not stop there, in July, Seala will also be promoted to Police Commissioner (Kompol) at the age of 34 years. He has even been trusted to lead the Pesanggrahan Police Chief, South Jakarta.

This promotion was given for his success while leading the Pagedangan Police since August 2022 and carrying out his duties as Kasi Yanmin at Polda Metro Jaya.

According to AKP Seala, being a police chief at a young age is a big challenge. He revealed that this task requires the ability to continue learning and face fast dynamics.

For me, being a police chief at a young age is not an easy thing. This is a challenge to continue learning and provide the best for the community. Every day we are faced with very fast dynamics and must be alert in making decisions," he said.

He also emphasized the importance of the role of the Police in maintaining public order and security. "The presence of the Police is very crucial in carrying out their duties as protectors and protectors of the community," he added.

Kiprah di Pagedangan Selama menjabat sebagai Kapolsek Pagedangan, Seala tidak hanya bekerja di balik meja. Ia sering terlihat turun ke lapangan, mulai dari mengatur lalu lintas di kawasan BSD hingga melakukan patroli menggunakan sepeda motor.

Prior to taking office in Pagedangan, Seala also served as the Head of the Lingsar Police in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. He even made history as the youngest police chief in Indonesia with the rank of Ipda. This 2012 Police Academy (Akpol) graduate is part of the 44th batch of Wiratama Bhayangkara Detachment.

Now, Seala is facing new challenges in the Pesanggrahan area, South Jakarta. With his experience, the National Police hopes that he can continue to make a big contribution in maintaining security and order in the region.
