Celebrate Simple 52nd Anniversary, PDIP Will Cut 150 Tumpeng Tomorrow

PDI-P (PDIP) will hold the 52nd Anniversary of the Anniversary (HUT) at the Lenteng Agung Party School, South Jakarta, tomorrow Friday, January 10. This year's PDIP Anniversary celebration will be held simply by cutting 150 cones.

Secretary General of the PDIP DPP, Hasto Kristiyanto, explained that the anniversary this time carried the theme 'Satyam Eva Jayate' with the theme 'Api Perjuangan Nan Tak Kunjung Padam'. The event will be opened by PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri at 13.30 WIB.

"The opening of the entire series of commemoration of the party's anniversary will be centered in party schools," said Hasto in a press conference to prepare for the PDIP 52nd Anniversary commemoration at the PDIP DPP Office, Jalan Diponegoro, Menteng, Jakarta, Thursday, January 9.

In the press conference, Hasto was accompanied by the Chairman of the PDIP DPP Djarot Saiful Hidayat and Ronny Talapessy and PDIP spokesman Guntur Romli.

Hasto revealed that the PDIP 52nd Anniversary activity held at the Party School has a meaning as a place for the political education process and building public awareness.

PDIP always faces various challenges and honesty with courage, with full confidence," he said.

This politician from Yogyakarta said that this anniversary activity is one way for parties to organize people's strengths to be stronger. In addition, Hasto also said that this 52nd Anniversary activity would be carried out simply but still display the face of culture.

"It was carried out simply, solemnly, full of nationalism, patriotism, and firmly rooted in the history of the nation's struggle and the face of culture that the PDI-P continues to display," explained Hasto.

On the same occasion, Djarot Saiful Hidayat explained a series of PDIP's 52nd Anniversary activities which will be held at the Party School. The event will be participated online by all PDI-P cadres and party sympathizers and the Party Task Force, Children Ranting, Branching, PAC, DPC and DPD throughout Indonesia, all candidates for legislative members, all regional heads and deputy regional heads.

"This is considering the limited place in the Party School," said Djarot.

Djarot said that the PDIP Anniversary event would be opened with a cultural appearance in the courtyard of the Party School, followed by listening to a political speech from General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri.

"The event will continue by distributing 150 simple cones to the community around Lenteng Agung," said Djarot.
