Monday, January 6: Cloudy Forecasted Jakarta To Light Rain Throughout The Day

JAKARTA The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) reported that the weather forecast for the Jakarta area on Monday, December 6, 2025, will be dominated by cloudy conditions to light rain.

Based on data quoted from BMKG, the morning weather in Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, North Jakarta, East Jakarta, and West Jakarta is expected to be thick cloudy. Meanwhile, the Thousand Islands Regency will experience light rain.

"For the morning, the Thousand Islands are predicted to experience light rain," explained BMKG.

During the day, the entire Jakarta area is still thick cloudy. However, it will only rain in the Thousand Islands Regency. Entering the afternoon, BMKG predicts that all areas of Jakarta will experience light rain.

Meanwhile, at night, the weather in Jakarta is again dominated by thick clouds, except in the Thousand Islands Regency which has the potential for rain.

BMKG also noted that the air temperature in Jakarta today is estimated to range from 23 to 30 degrees Celsius. The humidity level is at 65% to 100%, with wind speeds reaching 10-15 kilometers per hour.

The public is advised to remain alert to weather changes and prepare umbrellas or raincoats when doing outdoor activities.
