Adding 20 People, The Number Of Inpatients At COVID-19 Hospital, Wisma Atlet Today Is 1.338 People

JAKARTA - There was an increase in the level of availability of COVID-19 patient care beds at Wisma Atlet Kemayoran Emergency Hospital today. Currently, the occupation reaches 22.3 percent, so there is 77.7 percent of beds that empty.

Head of Information Joint Regional Defense Command I (Kogabwilhan I), Marine Colonel Aris Mudian said that as of today, there are 20 new people treated at Wisma Atlet as COVID-19 isolation patients.

"Inpatients at the Wisma Atlet emergency hospital as many as 1.338 people from 5.994 bed capacity. Initially, there were 1.308 people treated, and today there are 20 more people", Aris said in a statement on Thursday, April 15.

The details, there are 700 women and 638 men. They underwent isolation in Tower 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the COVID-19 Emergency Hospital Wisma Atlet.

So, since its insulation on March 23, 2020, until now, the COVID-19 emergency hospital Wisma Atlet has been treating 79.402 coronavirus patients.

"There were 78.064 patients discharged, with 77.187 patients cured, 790 referred to other hospitals, and 87 people dead", he said.

Currently, all isolation patients treated at the Wisma Atlet emergency hospital Kemayoran are people who have symptoms of COVID-19, both mild and moderate.

Meanwhile, patients with asymptomatic category undergo isolation in Wisma Atlet Quarantine Pademangan. This hospital is also used as a place of repatriation isolation. Tower 8, 9, and 10 Wisma Atlet Pademangan currently have 3.954 inpatients.

"Today there was a reduction of 336 patients who underwent isolation in Wisma Atlet Pademangan. Yesterday, 4.290 people were hospitalized", he concluded.
