JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will examine the account of the Head of the West Kalimantan National Road Implementation Center (BPJN Kalbar), Dedy Mandarsyah. This step is carried out as part of the analysis of the State Organizer Wealth Report (LHKPN) that Dedy has submitted.
KPK's Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring, Pahala Nainggolan, stated that this analysis includes tracing the flow of funds in and out of Dedy's account. If necessary, the KPK can collaborate with the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) to explore further.
“From the account concerned (Dedy Mandarsyah), it will also be seen where the flow of money comes from,” said Pahala when confirmed on Monday, December 16.
However, Pahala asked the public to be patient because analyzing the LHKPN takes time. The data-checking process, including for banking institutions, can take up to one month.
This examination was carried out after Dedy's assets came under scrutiny concerning the alleged persecution of coas doctor Muhammad Luthfi in Palembang. Dedy is said to be the father of Lady, the coas doctor suspected of being the main cause of the persecution case.
“This analysis not only involves data owned by the KPK but also requires verification with other agencies, including banks,” said Pahala.
