The Brain Of Kidnapping Women In Antapani Bandung Gives IDR 100,000 To 3 Of Their Colleagues In Action

JAKARTA - The police revealed that DAS (48), the main perpetrator of the kidnapping of SA (43), a woman in Antapani Bandung, only gave Rp. 100,000 in return to three of her colleagues who helped carry out the action.

Head of the Bandung Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Adjunct Senior Commissioner of Police Abdul Rachman, explained that at the time of the incident, the suspect DAS arranged the kidnapping plan under the pretext of collecting debts to the victim with the help of three other people, namely AS, TTG, and HAR.

"He was told to collect debts to the victims with the lure of a reward when the funds were disbursed. In reality, after the incident, the three perpetrators only received Rp. 100,000 per person given by the perpetrators of the watershed," said Rachman when releasing the case at the Bandung Police Headquarters, Wednesday, December 11, which was confiscated by Antara.

Rachman explained that the kidnapping took place on Sunday, December 8 at around 12.20 WIB right in front of the victim's house in the Sukanegara area, Antapani, Bandung City.

The victim was taken by watershed and three other perpetrators using a car for eight hours. During the trip, the victim did not get violence from the suspect.

"The perpetrator took the victim's cellphone and revoked the SIM card, possibly to remove the traces of communication. However, the cellphone was returned to the victim before the victim was finally taken home using a motorcycle taxi," he said.

He explained that the real motive for this kidnapping case was the hurt of the suspect DAS after the victim SA asked to end their relationship.

"On the way, the victim asked to break up or not continue the relationship so that the perpetrator with the initials DAS was hurt and jealous," said Rachman.

She added that the relationship between the victim and the watershed had been going on since 2014, when the victim was still in the process of divorcing her husband.

"The information we get from the victim, they have had an unregistered marriage, but it means that we need to open there are letters that need to support this statement. This is only verbal about the victim," he said.

For their actions, the perpetrators were charged with Article 328 and/or Article 333 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 8 to 12 years in prison.
