Meanwhile, perpetrator W is a resident of Jalan Parkit XVI, Kenangan Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra.
"The modus operandi of the two perpetrators started with perpetrator W borrowing rental cars from the victims. One of them was Jonathan Hasiolan Aritonang (24), a resident of Jalan Seriti X, Percut Sei Tuan," he said.
After borrowing a car, he continued, perpetrator W handed over the car to perpetrator R. Furthermore, perpetrator R sold or pawned the car at various prices.
