Due To Salah TPS, KPU Will Hold Re-voting In Pamulang

TANGERANG - The General Election Commission (KPU) of South Tangerang City (Tangsel) will hold a 2024 Pilkada Re-voting (PSU) for the New Object, Pamulang, South Tangerang (Tangsel) area. This happened because there were voters who voted at the wrong TPS.

"Three people chose to be at TPS 42, but they voted at TPS 41. Then one person should have chosen at TPS 36, instead chose at TPS 41," said the head of the South Tangerang KPU, Muhammad Taufiq Mizan, Thursday, November 28.

Based on these findings, said Taufiq, a re-voting will be carried out at that location.

He also said that Panwascam Pamulang recommended the sub-district election committee (PPK) and a copy to the South Tangerang KPU to conduct PSU at one polling station.

"We have decided to implement the PSU (and) we have coordinated with the South Tangerang Bawaslu," he said.

For the implementation of PSU in terms of logistics, he has printed an invitation letter to voters and prepared a ballot requirement.

"It's just that, he is still waiting for the governor's ballot from the Banten Province KPU. Of course this is conditioned with Bawaslu," he concluded.
