Jakarta Regional Head Election, Rano Karno and Family Get to Vote at Polling Station 039 Lebak Bulus

JAKARTA - Jakarta deputy gubernatorial candidate number 3, Rano Karno and his family will vote at Polling Station (TPS) 039, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta, Wednesday, November 27.

"I will definitely vote with my family at the DKI TPS," said Rano Karno, who is familiarly called Bang Doel in Jakarta, Antara, Tuesday, November 26.

Rano said that since last week he had received an invitation letter to vote in the 2024 Jakarta regional head election (Pilkada).

After voting with his family, Rano will gather again with his Pilkada partner, Pramono Anung, at a location in Jakarta. They and the winning team will monitor the quick count results.

According to Rano, the period leading up to the voting period and the quiet period for the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada from Sunday (24/11) to Tuesday is better used to rest at home

The last campaign activity was closed on Saturday (23/11) with a grand campaign agenda at the Bung Karno Madya Glora Stadium, Central Jakarta.

"After that, we have no more activities, our quiet period is a rest, yes, I'm at home reading the Qur'an," said Doel.

The DKI KPU has determined the permanent voter list (DPT) for the 2024 Pilkada as many as 8,214,007 voters.

Of this number, the largest DPT is in East Jakarta as many as 2,374,828, followed by West Jakarta as many as 1,909,774, then South Jakarta (1,748,961), North Jakarta (1,345,815), Central Jakarta (813,721) and the Seribu Islands as many as 20,908 people.

Voting in Jakarta was conducted at 14,835 polling stations.

The Jakarta KPU has determined three pairs of candidates (paslon) for governor and deputy governor of DKI Jakarta to advance in the DKI Jakarta Regional Head Election (Pilkada) on Sunday (22/9).

The three candidate pairs are Ridwan Kamil-Suswono (RIDO) number 1, Dharma Pongrekun-Kun Wardana (Dharma-Kun) from independents number 2 and Pramono Anung-Rano Karno (Pram-Doel) number 3

Regional elections to elect governors, regents, and mayors will be held simultaneously in all regions on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
