Blusukan Again With Respati, Jokowi: Don't Change Leaders, Stopped Projects, Replaced

JAKARTA - The 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) said that in the future, Solo leaders need to move quickly to complete infrastructure, which is still under construction.

"I saw this from Palang Joglo, I just wanted to see so that the next Solo leader knows that we have a big project that must be completed immediately," he said on the sidelines of seeing the cross-project under Simpang Joglo Solo, Central Java, reported by ANTARA, Thursday, November 21.

He said the community had been waiting for the Joglo Simpang project to be completed for a long time.

"I just want to show that this is a big project here," said Jokowi.

According to Jokowi, the project development must be sustainable.

"Do not let the leadership change, then the construction of stops, stop projects, stop programs, must be continued and completed as soon as possible," he said.

According to him, this will be easier to do when local governments have good relations with the central government.

"Let it be sustainable," he said.

Jokowi was accompanied by candidates for Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Surakarta Respati Ardi-Astrid Widayani.

Regarding his assessment of the couple, Jokowi considers the two of them to have the ability to continue what is already there.

"I give that support because I have the belief that he is capable, capable," he said.
