Polda Metro Investigate Alleged Superstar Fitness Fraud

JAKARTA - The police are starting to investigate cases of alleged fraud reported against the manager or gym Superstar Fitness.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi said the alleged fraud case was reported by the four members of the fitness center.

"Currently being investigated and investigators will thoroughly investigate this case," Ade told reporters, Friday, November 15.

The four members or reporters are APS, RBRH, FCN, and YMS. In their report, they feel cheated because of the actions of the manager.

This is because those who have paid to become members within a certain period of time do not get their rights.

"So these victims register as members, pay some money. However, in November and on different dates the company issued a notification that these fitnesses would temporarily grup due to electrical problems," said Ade.

However, these reporters believe that the electricity problem is just an alibi. Because, until they make a report, Superstar Fitness has not returned to operation.

"However, until now, the company has not operated and there is no good faith," said Ade.

Meanwhile, the report on the alleged fraud was registered with the number LPLP/B/6911/XI/2024/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA. In the report, there were four people who were reported.

"The report is 4 MS, RC, HJ, and MK," said Ade.
