The Cipularang Toll Road Victim Was Asked To Go Home By Online Taxi By His Family, But The Cost Is Expensive

JAKARTA - The successive accident that occurred in Cipularang Km 92, West Java, Monday, November 11, killed one 13-year-old child, Amanda Marisa alias Salsabila.

Sonia Aprilia (22), Salsabila's older sister, explained that her sister's departure to Bandung was just a walk with her relative, Eka, to take care of the toddler.

Sonia revealed that Salsabila had actually been asked to go home since Sunday, November 10. However, Eka's family asked permission to return to Jakarta on Monday, November 11.

"On Sunday, when I asked him, ma'am, where did he go. It turned out that he told me again, sorry I didn't come home today, because something happened to his sister. I had a chance to feel like it. I can't, ma'am, you've been scolded (angry) like that, "explained Sonia.

Salsabila at that time had been asked to go home by his family because on Monday, the next day he had to go to school. Although the family asked Salsabila to be sent home by online taxi, the request was not granted.

"The problem is that Monday (Salsabila) must enter. I had a debate with his mother. Sorry ma'am, can you do that if Salsa is in Grab, from Bandung to Jakarta. It turns out that the cost is too expensive from Bandung to Jakarta, let alone taking the toll road, that's it," he continued.

Until the next day, Sonia received news that there had been a series of accidents on the Cipularang Km92 Toll Road, West Java. At that time, he immediately contacted Eka Putri regarding her whereabouts.

However, he did not give an answer, until finally it was reported that Eka Putri's family was involved in an accident and that one victim died was his younger brother.

"I immediately chatted, ma'am, where have you been, ma'am? Ma'am, Mom, it's okay, isn't it. Yes, ma'am? Are you stuck, ma'am? But it turns out that he checked 1, the cellphone is not active, I usually call you not active, that's it," he said.

Waiting for news from family members, Sonia received information on the data of the victims involved in the Cipularang Toll Road accident. At that time Sonia and her family were shocked.

"It turned out that there was data on the victim's minor injuries, Nadine's child, which weighed on her mother, and one of the victims who died, the Salsa," he added.

Not long ago, the police informed Sonia's family that her sister, Salsabila had died and was taken to Purwakarta Hospital, West Java.

The body was dispatched from Purwakarta Hospital, West Java until it arrived at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 12, early har and was buried at a family cemetery in Gabun Sub-district, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

"He was buried at dawn. He continued to be buried at 9 am (Tuesday, November 12, 2024)," said Sonia.
