"We need to inform you that the leadership of the council has received a letter from the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 60/Pres/11/2024 dated November 4, 2024 regarding candidates for the leadership of the KPK and the KPK supervisory board for the term of office in 2024-2029," said Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Adies Kadir while chairing the plenary meeting, Tuesday, November 12.
In addition to the Presidential Letter, continued Adies, the leadership of the DPR has also received letters from the Hajj Organizing Agency of the Republic of Indonesia dated November 4, 2024 regarding strengthening institutional cooperation between the Hajj and DPR administrators.
Second, the Halal Product Guarantee Administration Agency dated October 30, 2024 regarding the request of the DPR Commission as a partner of BPJPH.
"These letters have been and will be followed up in accordance with the provisions of DPR RI Regulation Number 1 of 2020 concerning the rules of the DPR RI and the applicable mechanisms," said Adies.
