The Case Of Tanah Munjul, KPK Check Ex Dirut Sarana Jaya Yoory

JAKARTA - Investigators of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned Yoory Corneles as President Director of Sarana Jaya Regional Public Company, Thursday, April 8.

As for Yoory who has been removed from his position as Director of Sarana Jaya by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan will be examined related to the investigation of alleged corruption of land procurement in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Cipayung, Jakarta in 2019.

"Examination as a witness of corruption related to land procurement in Munjul Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province in 2019," said Plt Jubir KPK, Ali Fikri in his statement, Thursday, April 8.

The examination of Yoory was conducted by a team of investigators at kpk building, Jakarta. It is not yet known exactly what material the investigators will be investigating in the investigation.

To be sure, a witness is a person who can provide information for the purposes of investigation, prosecution and trial about a criminal case that he heard himself, he saw himself and he experienced himself.

KPK is known to be investigating cases of alleged corruption related to land procurement in Munjul, Cipayung, East Jakarta in 2019.

However, until now, kpk has not officially submitted the construction of this case, nor the parties that have held the status of suspects. Based on the information, Yoory is one of the parties designated as a suspect in this case
