PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) presents a new innovation in service by selling tickets for the new route of the Padalarang-Tegalluar Summarecon Station and vice versa starting Friday, November 1, 2024.

General Manager of KCIC Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa revealed that this new route was presented as part of KCIC's efforts to introduce loansh services in the Greater Bandung area, as well as make it easier for people's mobility with more efficient and comfortable services.

"Tiket rute Stasiun Padalarang-Tegalluar Summarecon maupun sebaliknya dijual untuk kelas premium ekonomi dengan targa promo seharga Rp50,000 untuk sekali perjalanan selama November 2024," kata Eva di Bandung, Jawa Barat, Antara, Jumat, 1 November.

Eva said this innovation is expected to save significant travel time from the previous about 1 hour if using a car to just 14 minutes by using aASH.

With a short travel time, he said, the people of Greater Bandung now have an alternative to modern transportation that is not only fast but also free of traffic jams.

"The sale of the Padalarang-Tegalluar Summarecon PP route is our step to be closer to the community, provide convenience in daily mobility, and support better accessibility in Greater Bandung. KCIC provides as many as 24 trips from Padalarang every day from 07.13 to 21.30 WIB and 24 trips from Tegalluar Summarecon every day from 05.50 to 20.30 WIB

Eva revealed that passengers with tickets to the Padalarang-Tegalluar Summarecon PP route did not get a Feeder train facility from and to Bandung Station.

However, passengers can still take advantage of other intermodal services from Padalarang Station such as the Greater Bandung Commuter Line, Pasundan Trans Metro Bus on the 2D route, free Shuttle to the Kota Baru Parahyangan area, and a free Shuttle to the Bambu Hamlet area.

As for the provisions for passengers with Tegalluar ticket Summarecon-Padalarang which exceeds its travel relationship, namely to Halim Station, must pay a fine of 150 percent from the furthest and highest class rates.
