Trucks Recklessly Hit 10 Road Users In Tangerang

TANGERANG A truck carrying goods was running recklessly in Cipondoh, Tangerang. As a result, 10 road users were injured.

The Head of the Tangerang City Metro Police, Ipda Tito Subiyanto, said the truck driver had been taken to the hospital because he was injured in the accident.

"It's true, a traffic accident. (The perpetrator) is still in the hospital not aware. We are looking for his ID card, not at the crime scene, no. If the number of police thinks which company is looking for. Kernet doesn't exist, itself," Tito said when confirmed, Thursday, October 30.

"For the time being, 10 (victims) have been recorded. This is being checked at the hospital," he continued

Tito explained that the incident began when the truck hit a motorcycle in the Graha housing estate, South Tangerang. Then the perpetrator fled until he hit a number of cars and motorbikes again.

It didn't stop there, the perpetrator continued to advance towards Cipondoh until he finally stopped at the Adipura Monument, Tangerang's disappointment, Tangerang City.

As a result of the incident, a number of motorcycle vehicles and 5 cars have been victims of the truck.

"So, when you hit a motorbike, you were taught to chase an ojol motorbike, and hit several other vehicles. (The victim) Some were slightly injured, if I checked the last minor injuries, all of them could still be talked to," he said.

The case is handled by the Tangerang City Metro Police Traffic Unit.
