JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) examined 10 witnesses regarding the alleged bribery and gratuities within the South Kalimantan Provincial Government today, Wednesday, October 30. One of the drivers of the Governor of South Kalimantan, Sahbirin Noor or Uncle Birin, Santo.

Then also examined by a dentist named Dewi Fathiya Rahayu; Director of PT CV Bangun Benua, Khairusy Ramadhan; a private person named Firhansyah; an entrepreneur named Siti Noor Halimah; and a driver named Reza.
It has not been detailed about the material for the examination of these 10 witnesses. However, the KPK suspects that they are aware of the alleged corruption that ensnared Uncle Birin.
Previously reported, the KPK named a total of seven people as suspects in the case of alleged receipt of gifts or promises by state officials or representing them in South Kalimantan Province in 2024-2025. This determination began with a hand arrest operation (OTT) on Sunday, October 6.
