Supreme Court Lifts 9,000 Honorary In The Indonesian Environment To Become PPPK

JAKARTA - The Supreme Court (MA) appointed 9,000 non-civil servant government employees (PPNPN) or honorary in the judiciary environment throughout Indonesia to become government employees with a work agreement (PPPK).

"The appointment of PPPK from honorary for this year's MA formation is 9,000, all honorariums that meet the requirements can be appointed as PPPK," said MA Secretary Sugiyanto in Manokwari, Monday, October 28, as reported by Antara.

Ia mengatakan, semua honorarium di lingkungan keadilan se-Indonesia yang memenuhi syarat akan ditangkatkan menjadi PPPK pada bentukan tahun ini. Seperti masa kerja harus sudah dua tahun lebih dan namanya sudah masuk dalam database Badan Kegawas Nasional (BKN).

"This ongoing process is for the appointment of stage I, while for those whose working period is not yet two years we will be selected in stage II," he said.

Another requirement for the appointment of the Supreme Court as a provision is that the honorary has never been sentenced to discipline, be diligent, and have loyalty to the institution.

For this reason, the Supreme Court requires every honorary who participates in the selection of appointments to attach a certificate from the heads of their respective work units related to performance.

"So of course not everyone can graduate or be appointed as PPPK. If for example rarely enters, against the leadership, the loyalty is not good, it is impossible for us to accept it," he said.
